SHIPPING POLICY

We take pride in offering fast and reliable shipping to EUROPE. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the selected shipping method. For orders within Luxembourg, the shipping fee is 5 euro. Shipping to France, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands is 10 euro. For the rest of Europe, including Switzerland and the UK, the shipping fee is 15 euro.

Please note that duties or taxes that may be incurred for orders shipped outside of the European Union are the responsibility of the client. These charges are not included in the total at checkout and may be billed separately by the customs authorities in the destination country.

As a token of appreciation, we offer complimentary shipping on orders totaling over 150 euro within Europe only.
